catch light on sunny day

Okay how do I put a catch light in my models eye when shooting natural light......gonna post two pics one inside and one out....seems like if I turn the flash on it will throw everything off.....what do I do? (sorry one pic)

You could highlight the slight reflection you have with the dodge tool.

Yes, you can highlight the eyes in PP, I've never done it.

I often make a selection of just the eyes with the quick selection tool and then experiment with levels. Sometimes it's effective, sometimes not.

Powering the flash way down might work. I think it could use a touch of fill light anyway.

Flash or reflector would be the best ways. If using TTL, it shouldn't "throw everything off" It will give you a nice fill on your subject. Try it, especially with a diffused flash, you'll never go back to "natural light" in sunlight again.
