Signs of Spring in Canada

I've been told seeing eagles is one sign of spring here in Canada. My husband and I lucked up and saw two curious 'Georges' on Sunday.

Thanks all, :). EarthArts, I think it is a deer carcass, possibly fresh, but could have been uncovered by the melting snow.

Hmmm what part of Canada is Alabama in? Im on Vancouver Island and cant remember visitin Alabama Canada.

LOL! I haven't found that one yet. I'm currently in BC close to the BC/Alberta border. My husband is up here working and I came along for the adventure. It has been AWESOME. Love the snow, :)

I'm so jealous Deanna. You have the best of both worlds. I LOVE Alabama and I LOVE Canada. Honestly, I could live in Canada. If I ever leave here, I would wind up in one of your places!!! Lucky!!!

Aww thanks :). I'm headed home April 29 for some much needed sugars from my grands and big kids. My husband finishes at this job on May 11 but we are having to move out of the house by the 30. Didn't want to pack then repack. We will be headed back up end of May to Calgary for several months. One of these days I'm gonna head your way :)
