Do to the recent cyber attacks on websites, users of CLOUD services and internet active services may be slowed or even halted due to these attacks on servers and the internet as a whole. There have been numerous sites that have been ground to a halt for long periods including Youtube and Google. Just a word to the wise when utilizing open servers for backup or other services. Email may even be suspended for periods of time from this adverse and unprovoked cyber assault.

Actually, I went out last week and purchased a Seagate Backup Plus 2 Terabyte Plus external Drive for my home systems (HP Pavilion and Sony Vaio laptops along with a Toshiba netbook) to provide back-up for my documents and photographs so I wasn't dependent on Norton or Adobe Revell cloud storage.

It was only $119.00 and reads just like an additional drive.

Seagate is an outstanding product, wise choice. After my fiasco I picked up a Western Digital Passport just for my image files. It just sets there and once in a while will hum just a bit so I know it's working.
