I think you did a fabulous job! The water mark is fine where it is. I give 1 & 2 an A++ and 3 an A-. For your first attempt at this you are way farther ahead of the game. Very creative. The model helps a lot too but you have to press the shutter button at the right time or it doesn't happen. Good job. I think they are sell-able.

I have seen more in Sears and J.C. Pennys catalogs. These are VERY MILD. They look great for a first try.

I have to agree. There is NOTHING offensive about these photos!!! Give me a break.

Here is a guideline, if you wouldn't want your grandmother or pastor to seeit, it isn't apropriate to be diplayed here. Think of the Hog as Mayberry. do you realy want opie taylor or aunt be looking at those kind of shots? Society works best when EVERYONE FOLLOWS THE RULES.! Merry CHRISTmas.
Who appointed you mayor of Mayberry? I don't think Aunt Bee or Opie would get too bent out of shape over these fairly innocuous posts. Lighten up, Sman. Your next-to-last line makes you sound like Hitler.

"But for now, a simple rule -- that doesn't always work, but at least can be used as a rough guide -- is this: if it can be seen on the beach (and wouldn't cause a public scene), then it's OK to post it here."

This was Admins post on this the last time it came up. The pictures are well done and I think they fall in these parameters. :)

What do you all think?

Nice lighting in 1 and 3. 2 is a little over exposed no pun intended. Good work. Network TV shows more than these so I wouldn't worry comments unless they come from Admin.

ah yes if you cant win with logic start with the Hitler references. Gosh thats not offensive at all. If everyone Followed the rules we wouldnt have crime, or a tenth of the problems in the world. Putting a Santa hat on a half naked woman during the CHRISTmas season isn't offensive? To me and others who have a personel relationship with Christ (the reason for the season) it is. Why do you people keep trying to push worldly filth into this the one clean spot in the internet. Post your girlee photos on any other website, I don't care but can't we please have one gG rated photo site for those of us who take the word of God seriously when he says to dress MODESTLY and to live Holy lives as He is Holy. I do not go to the beach, or pools anymore because what people wear is so disgusting. Secular psychology and sociology studies constantly show that mens sexual drives are primarily arroused visualy, while womens are emotionaly based. This stuff leads to men lusting, which is an unholy and ungodly act. Please leave these "fine art" photos to other sites. If you want a non religous argument then try this one. These photos as well as nudes and semi nudes, are demeaning to and objectiving women by implying in order to attract a man, you got to use your physical assests. It reduces a thinking, caring human into a product. It also demans, stereotypes and objectifies men in that it implies we are prisoners of our biological urges and can't value women for their intellect, personalities, or values, that we are just slobbering 2 legged wolves. anyway, OBEY THE RULES. NO ADULT CONTENT.

Sman, you really need to calm down. A Santa hat on a half-naked girl, as you describe her, is evidently no more offensive to a large portion of the population here than your constant affirmations as to your 'personal' relationship with Jesus, how screwed up you were before you met him, and how perfect you are now that you've 'accepted' him as your Lord and Savior. Please keep your religious beliefs to your self, and if you don't care to see BOUDOIR pictures, then goddamit, don't open the thread. If the post violates board policy, let the ADMIN delete it.

PS - you can't win with logic when you argue over a religious theme. Religion and Logic are mutually exclusive.

OK.
I have no problem with these
#1--can you desaturate a bit to tone down the pink wall it really clashes with her red lipstick.--pretty angle.
#3-- I would watch the angle of the models head--this one makes her face look very long horsey -- i can see from the other pics she has a nice shaped face so I attribute it to lighting and angle..
Look at this thread for some tips Glamor

I don't see what the stink is about nudity/semi-nudity. We have all seen more scantily clad bodies on any Victoria's secret ad or commercial. Get a grip poeple, it's a human body, get over it.

ok I am new here,,but never the less I am an adult, I see nothing wrong with whats was posted, as many have stated you can see far more at any local beach or swimming hole, almost any tv show has worse, not only in what you see but by whats implied onscreen, here is nothing but a beautiful model, in poses that are pale to what you see in public, nicely done to,,if there is a problem then I would think it would be the admin that needs step in and make the call, shrugs,,just the thoughts of a new guy, keepd shooting guy and girls

Sman..I think your comments are more salacious sounding and draw more attention to purient thoughts than these pictures do. While I wouldn't want to promote or encourage these type of uploads in place of the fare we're more accustomed to seeing, I see nothing that crosses any line here.

I had two studio lightings, which this was my first time ever using them. I have access to check out anything from the photo department at my university because I am a photography student, and I used a canon T3 with a 18-200 lens. I had it on portrait mode, and yea (: as for editing, i didn't do anything except up the contrast a few points. but otherwise, they look exactly how they came out.

Well said. The title said what the content was. If you don't want to look why do you do it continuosly. There is no nudity the rules have been followed. I think maybe a nun should smack you with a ruler and teach you to be nice.
