Primotronix.com & BestPricePhoto.com are selling the Sony RX100 for $569. The cheapest at any other site is around $650. Does anyone have experience buying from either of these sites?

scammers , save your time and money and buy from the top shelf vendors.
B&H, Adorama, Cameta, KEH, Amazon has decent prices on some stuff. Berger Brothers, any number of others.
Whgen in doubt google for example Best Price REVIEWS and see what pops up. chances are they are selling gray market stuff or scamming you

You had better read EVERY fine print in the advertisement to make sure you ARE getting what you think you are getting. Is it new or refurbished, what's in the box, does it come with extra lenses and if so what does the specs say about them. Does it say made in Antarctica or another stupid place to make cameras? You WILL get what you pay for.

Google them, ignore the first page as they are usually false entries provided by the vendor
