Amazing shot when I downloaded and saw it full size. You just have to hang that one on your wall --printed big!
I see your exposure was 64 seconds. You must have a good tripod because the stars are very clear.
Thanks, Greg. I have a fairly inexpensive Benro carbon fiber tripod but it seems to work. Since there was just a sliver of moon, it was pretty dark out and not easy to not move it.
Great shot Coolcameragirl. Looks like a wonderful place for a visit. Thanks for sharing and look forward to more posts.
Did you see a waterfall or two?
Great shot, can't wait to see more of your photo's. Thinking of going there, so any infro you can pass along whould be helpful.

Wooooooooooooo
Very pretty.
WOW! Is that what it always looks like there?
Wow, nice scene, great photo. Looking forward to seeing more.
WOW factor all over this one!
I agree, Iceland has lots of photo ops. Here are 3 photos I took a few years ago. The large waterfall is called Skogafoss, and the smaller one is called Seljalandsfoss, and they are close to each other along the southern coast road. You can walk behind Seljalandsfoss, which was featured in an episode of The Amazing Race, when the teams had to find their next clue behind the waterfall.
