I would like to share with you the site I use to identify gulls here in GB. Hope you will find it helpful.

That is a nice capture Sandy. May I ask what lens and setting did you use? Hard to get such a clear shot as you did.

I used a SIGMA 70-300mm 1:4-5.6 lens, no stabilizer or tripod. Settings, Auto 1/500 8.0 ISO 250. Thank you for your interest, I appreciate your comments!!!!

Thank you for sharing the site, I didn't know there were so many different kinds. I guess if you take a picture of something you should know what it is!!!! Thanks for your interest and help!!!!

Nice clear shot of a seagull, we call them seagulls too so I guess we are in error also. A rose by any other name is still a rose, me thinks.Thanks Sandy for sharing.
