I am strictly non-traditional, never will be. I take an idea, twist it, and always have something in the photo not quite right. Fashions in the photo "Last Supper" is 12 figures, not 13 with Judas the Cut-Off Saw instead. The metal in the dresses are beer pull tabs.

the point of this is? you ever notice that artsy fartsy avant garde types can't consider themselves true "artists" unless they insult someones religion? And diid you ever notice they never seem to pick on islam? Gee I wonder why? oh thats right if you make fun of mohammed you wind up dead. Also, never Judiaism, Hinduism, or Buddahism, seems to be attacked only christianity. Gee who could be behind that? Give you a clue his name is very similar to santa, just a few letters switched,

geee, its just a photo, get ahold of yourself. If you are so incredibly narrow minded as this, God help YOU. I thought this was a forum with SOME amount of intelligence and worth but after this attacking comment, I see I am wrong . Have fun photographing flowers and ducks.

I don't see blasphemy here, Sman. I think you need to calm down and be a little less sensitive. And people DO pick on Islam, but because of their prohibition of graven images, there are no paintings or statues or lace doilies or commemorative plates or snow globes with Mohammed and the 4 Prophets.

no you are making fun of something very precious and very important to people who have a personell relationship with Jesus. He is to be treated reverently with a little fear after all He is God who made the universe. You can be a great photographer and not produce blasphmmey. I don't recall any work by ansel adams, mathew brady, clare luce, or any of the masters of photography making demeaning photos that make fun of a persons religion. I also am very sorry that you don't have a personel relaationship with Jesus, because if you did, if He delivered you from where He delivered me from, you too would not tolerate sacrillege and blasphemy. I am sure you are capable of real talented and interesting work without insulting someones religious beliefs. If you can't do that then take up my challenge, go ahead post a photo of the Prophet Mohammed. Go ahead I dare you to do it. Just get a ccw permit and start packing heat first. I will not backdown from any attacks on my Lord and Savior. He has done too much for me such as healed both my knees and delivered me from severe chronic depression. I will also match my intelligence up with yours any day of the week. it is not narrow minded to be offended by a unflatering portrayl of the LOrd. Tell me which one of these women is supposed to be Jesus? Also, i don't take photos of ducks and flowers. I have just as much artistic talent as you do, but I don't choose to make cliched stereotypical work . Oh look the artist innsulted Jesus, he must be deep and brooding. All the paintings in the world you choose the Last Supper? Be fair if your going to attack one religion, go ahead and attack all of em, or is it you have a problem with Christianity? And doing this right before Christmas, are we to believe this is coincidence?

umm how did he make fun of anyone's religion? He took the basic idea of the painting of the last supper (painted 1500 years after Christ lived anyways) and simply took the idea of the painting (the basic shapes, and layout) and did it with other people and ideas. How does that insult anyone's religion? He didn't even mention Christ.

You said go ahead and post a photo of Mohammed, but he didn't post a photo of Jesus so how is that the same thing?

I am Christian and don't find anything insulting about the original post.

I am Buddhist, and not as narrow minded as you. You need to accept there are other religions and other point of views other than yourselves and accept thy neighbors. You speak on a small, narrow, unworldly point of view, attack what you dont know, and try to justify it with mere words with not heart behind them. Re again the Bible, read the Koran, study other religions and you will see its all based on the same concept. Respect your brother and let him live his own Life.

Depression is just un-expressed anger, I see you have alot of it.

OMG, another blasphemous image

Sman, if your God is a Just and Merciful God, then why must you fear him? I'm not Jesus's pen pal like some people claim to be, but from what I've read about him, I don't think he'd be jumping all over PulpPhoto for this. I don't see it as an 'attack', nor blasphemy or sacrilige, any more than putting a plastic blowup Jesus baby in an acrylic manger on your front lawn...

seriously, he recreated a painting done by Leonardo DaVinci in 1498. If he insulted anything (which I don't think he did), then he insulted DaVinci. The idea of the last supper looking like that is DaVinci's interpretation and did not even exist until 500 years ago. So what if he recreated the painting with different people? He didn't say anything against religion or against Christ!

Exactly. For all we REALLY know, they might have had dancing girls and KFC at the 'last' supper. What, you're gonna take DaVinci's word for it?...

Psst... Mr. JimH, the original biblical meaning/association of the word "fear" meant "respect", not something/someone to be afraid of. I studied up on it once... I myself personally have no religious affiliation, per say.
