Two competely unrelated but fun photos. Both shot with a Canon 5d MII. Both with a 70-200 f/2.8 lens. No idea who the boys were, just watched and clicked away. As for the rodeo...it's just what happens here. :-)

Love them both...Your depth of field is right on. Nice job. I think my fav it the cowboy. Did you try a landscape crop on that one. Maybe give the horse a little more room on each end but still show enough dirt underneath him to show how high off the ground he is.

I haven't tried the landscape crop yet. I will however do that and see what happens. It was shot portrait but I think I can get a good landscape look. Thanks for your comments.

I really like both of them but have to admit that I am jealous of the first one. That is an amazing shot with all four hooves off the ground. Thanks for sharing!
