Trump's "Judge" in the Documents case maybe showing bias for Donald.
She seems to be doing all she can for Donald. The case is indefinitely delayed.

Not "maybe". Most definitely "is".

Who in their right mind would have assigned a case this serious to such an inexperienced judge in the first place?
As I have said regarding EVERY court case involving Trump, his lawyers will use every avenue to drag the cases out as long as possible. SCOTUS should simply have grabbed every case and ruled on it. Trying a former POTUS for criminal activity is just too important to allow everything to fester within the system.
How about the FBI and DoJ mishandling evidence, failing to follow their own procedures, getting documents out of sequence, displaying "Secret" covers on top of non-secret documents, etc.?
These clowns will be lucky if she doesn't toss out the case.

Follows is the procedure for Iowa, and it's nearly identical as all other Federal Courts.

The case should have been in Washington DC to begin with.

Under Federal judicial rules, the case has to be tried in the district where the alleged crime occurs.

He illegally took the documents in Washington DC, which were a large portion of the indictment. Only when he instructed and refused to rerun them did a crime take place in Florida. Smith had a choice- he choose wrong

Sounds to me like a tacit admission that you know venues like New York and D.C. (democrat strongholds) would be more favorable to a prosecution outcome. Those scales are fragile!

Yeah for a couple of reasons not the least of which that it has been shown that the FBI tampered with the evidence..... If you want to see a biased judge looks like just a closer look at the two NYC trials.

You’re joking right after how this judge has her whole body not just a finger on the scales of justice

Which of her rulings specifically make you suggest that Denny? The way I see it is you're just fertilizing the forum with statements like that.

The documents were located in Florida. That makes it a Florida case. The moronic special prosecutor had no choice.
Besides, it may all be moot. Smith is illegally serving as a special prosecutor.
