Gee who would have thought druggies would converge on Portland just so they could stay out of prison for doing or supplying deadly drugs. What morons and they voted them right back in. Of coarse the governor and others who had this great idea saw the error but by then their drug problem was twice as bad. I hate to say it but the whole west coast is liberal and I was born and raised in eastern Oregon.
