Great job Mike but a spray bottle would have sufficed!

When we received some much needed rain, I gave my wife yet another reason to have me committed. I took my camera and went to the front garden to record the rain on the flowers. The light, for some reason (LOL), was poor, but the colors came through.

Comments and suggestions are always welcome.

Beautiful captures. I always love what a gentle rain can do!

In the first place, they are all beautiful images. Under cloudy skies there is a tendency to get saturated colors and handling WB is not always an easy task.
In some of the images a little bit more of light should improve the flowers' beauty. All in all I think you did a great job.

I think the colors really pop in subdued light. That's not to say that being committed is totally out of the question! Great job, Mike!

These are gorgeous Mike you might think about making a triptych out of the three solo tulips. I think it would be beautiful. I did that a couple years ago and created drop Shadows around each of the three panels, and the results were stunning. That photograph sells well whenever I donate it to a charity event.
