Thanks for posting this Linda - I do remember most of them ......8-)

I do wonder about dixiegirl and Gene51 .....
.
I lost touch with dixiegirl, as did a few others. We emailed for awhile after she stopped posting (she was manager of Close-Up Forum). Not sure...

I really miss TreePusher. He just disappeared. I really loved his creativity and humor.
He is mostly responsible for introducing me to the joys of "playful" processing! We emailed off and on for awhile after he left UHH. But, as happens sometimes, nothing for a few years...

We lost Marg. She was on my friends list also and I think her husband passed about a month after she did.

A slight problem, or a small predicament. We just use it when we don't want to or need to go into detail.

e.g. 'Jacko's in a spot of bother with the Manager'. So Jacko's done something wrong and going to be taken to task for it but either he's chosen not to mention what or the conveyor of the message has chosen not to.

Thanks!

You never know. My aunt who is very healthy and still brushes the horses daily, had the ball in her hip replaced at 95. My dad is 93 and walks 4-5 miles per day 5 days a week and my 90 y/o uncle plays 9 holes of golf 3 times a week. Staying healthy needs friends and family around you and do things that keep your mind sharpe.

Thanks Linda, good to know he's still around even if not posting as much as before. And his latest post is as good as I remember.

I didn't realise you could click on no. of posts and pull up his History. I'll have to have a look at mine and see what crimes against the art I pulled off in my earlier days.

LOL, a lot of my own make me cringe.

I blame the laptop I used from 2012 - 2015

rjaywallace passed away. He bought my Canon AE-1P and the 28mm lens.

Ralph passed away in 1/2020. We had tentative plans to meet for coffee next time I drove through his area but that time was cut too short. He was a real gentleman.
