A recent phenomenon that occurred near my house. Don't know the reasons but it was pretty. 15 minutes after I took these it was gone. The sun was not on the greatest position it made for a neat effect.

The reason is that the dew point of a layer of air near the ground was the same as the ambient temperature, allowing fog to form. Nice shot.
