This month's ShiftArt challenge are heroes. They can come in many forms, not just the military. But that is the direction I went with this theme. I was thinking I would enter the first one. But at the last minute I created the second composite. I still have a couple of days to decide which one to submit.

Thanks Jack. I used the knight since it was about warriors through the ages. And he fills in the medieval period.
