Ahhhhh, now you are pushing the Socialist viewpoint where all of us are supposed to be equal in every way including monetary values. For over 200 years the Capitalist system has worked quite well for people who want to get ahead can do so by putting out a bit more effort than the normal person on the street. America is the home of Millionaires and Billionaires who have received an education and then worked hard to work themselves up the ladder to more and more success. Generally speaking when they are successful their business allows them to hire others some of who likewise will work hard themselves and then build their own businesses. But your system allows and even puts a stop to the idea of working hard to get farther ahead than your neighbor. People get stagnant and stay right where they were because they expect others to GIVE them something rather than having to work for it.
I meant the very top but of course in America under Capitalism anyone can reach those heights if they do their part. But take a good look at teachers with the in my opinion, lying corrupt teachers union(s) these days. Teachers make a lot of money while their students for the past 10 years or so have become dumb as rocks. Please do not tell me/us you have not heard of entire schools, classes where not one kid passed a math class or an English class. Surely you have. What do you attribute those dismal performances to, piss poor teachers or stupid students? My number one pick is piss poor teachers who are more into the political side of teaching to continue getting higher paychecks while contributing more and more money to Democratic owned union bosses to continue the cycle.
Surely you have heard about 49% of Americans do not pay taxes. How incredible that is for the rest of us who pay taxes for ourselves and then have to contribute even more to make up for those who pay nothing. It is the Left who continues to tell us, pay your fair share. But the Left never goes after that 49% who pay nothing. Why is that? What is the fair share of those 49%? Surely they make good use of everything our tax dollars go to provide for all of us, roads, sidewalks, schools, and so on. Surely there are jobs available for more people in America than are filled.
You may agree with me that everywhere I go I see signs all over, Help Wanted. Why are those people not finding work when work is available. Could it be the government institutes policies where it is not worth it for these people to work; the government basically through welfare programs is paying people more money for not working. Now what an idiotic piss ant policy that is, paying people with yours and my tax dollars to not work. That is a Democratic Socialist policy isn't it?
Anything else I can do for you?
Dennis

Only 200 years? Chattel slavery capitalism was a fundamental part of the economy in colonial times and after 1776.
