I hope the moon fills in quickly so it fully covers the sun during the eclipse.

What does this mean? If you are in the path of totality the moon will fully cover the sun. If you are not in the path of totality it will not fully cover the sun. It will take however long it takes to get to full totality, 45 - 60 min or so.

You can check here to see if you are in the path of totality.

You are welcome.
It looks like Cape Cod is not in the path of full totality. :( But you are not far from full totality if you want to drive a bit.

I just hope the moon fills in quickly enough so it fully covers the sun during the eclipse.
