Yeah, it's free speech, but there's a a difference between saying you were robbed when you have proof, and abusing your first Amendment right by saying you were robbed when you have absolutely no proof, as was the case with Trump in the 2020 election. As we saw in 2020, claiming he was robbed resulted in significant violence at the Capitol and an attempt to stop the lawful certification of the election.
You forget Hillary is still saying she won in 2016 and Al Gore is also still saying he won. Probably more relavent is that Stacy Abrams is still saying she won years ago in Georgia.
