:)

Wasn't it Mark Twain who said the rumors of my death are greatly exaggerated?

Youre spozed to end the title with "And what do you Nikon Users Think ?"

Happiness is a warm Nikon. Hold it, caress it, stroke it, sleep with it. Never let it go. Only a true photographer would know this.

Yes, I noticed that when I changed from Canon to Nikon, but changing brands was the best thing I ever did, no regrets.

How about using a Canon lens on a Nikon body with the Fringer AF adapter? https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1778961-REG/fringer_fr_nz2_canon_ef_to_nikon.html

chrisg et al!

When I bought my Nikon Z5s, I bought 2 FTZ adapters via eBay and also the first version of the Fringer Canon to Nikon adapter as well from its OEM. Everything works well but I have to turn my EF lenses ..."the wrong way!"

Be well! Ed

If you’re switching to Nikon we can no longer a reliable friend. I will probably hold a security camera repair man in high regard.

So, who's making up rumors again? I'll believe it when I see it. Would anybody really mind? I'd be bettin' that his photos would be just as good with any brand. It's not my turn to be wrong, so just don't tell me if I am. Wait til tomorrow.
There's supposed to be a rumor tomorrow that I have gone completely sane. Don't you believe that either!!!

Do You really think switching to Nikon is more confusing than focusing on "infinity" the right way?
If yes, just spare money to buy "up-dated" lenses to fit the next mount!

Righty Tighty; Lefty Loosey. As previously and often stated, I don't get out much. Based on the verifiable veracity of all of CC's prior communications, I dangerously read into this that the direction of rotation to attach/remove a removeable lens is "reversed" for Canons and Nikons. I have attached and removed a lens only on my Canon 60D, attach by turning clockwise looking at the front of the camera. I have never rotated a Nikon lens with the intent of attachment or removal. If I am wrong I repent. Fortunately I may not have to remember this information for future use as within the last week I purchased a used Canon SX50 HS with a fixed, 50X optical zoom non removable lens. Biggest problem is seller recently moved here from Brazil. The camera doesn't speak English, only Portuguese.

Pictures taken at Mercer Arboretum, Harris County, north side of Houston, Texas. Good place to swing by when flying in or out of IAH. No charge, volunteers and my tax dollars at work for you. Check open hours before going - they run you off early. Opens? PS Arboretum is often in IAH flight path, good for practicing for BIF.

What's that have to do w/rumor? I don't know.
