Not true. He may also appeal through the Federal courts based on U.S. Constitutional violations of his 5th, 8th, and 14th Amendment rights. All of those were violated in NY State courts. Happens all the time in civil and criminal cases.
Let's see how your theories hold up.
5th Amendment - unless indicted by a Grand Jury.

https://constitution.congress.gov/constitution/amendment-14/Exactly which part of the 14th Amendment in your opinion applies to trump's business fraud case?
If it's section 1, trump was afforded due process under the law, but the evidence was overwhelmingly stacked in favor of the eventual ruling.
Trump broke the law by falisfying his financial statements, committed Tax Fraud at the Local, State, and Federal levels. He committed Insurance Fraud by submitting falsified financial statements. He also committed Bank Fraud by submitting falsified Financial Statements.
Actions have consequences!
trump knowingly chose to submit FALSE Financial Statements!
Don't even try to argue that the banks got their money back on the loans. If trump had submitted truthful Financial Statements, the banks would have charged a higher interest rate on those loans. In one division of Deutsche Bank, trump was turned down, then turned to a different division which was whale hunting.
