This is funny, but oh so typical. A few weeks ago, I bought a couple of sets of "locators." You keep a tag on your car keys, and if you lose them, you press a button on the remote, and the key locator tag beeps. Perfect. "Uh, where's that remote for the key locator?" If you can't keep track of a rather large set of keys, will you be able to remember where you put the remote two months ago?

Fortunately, I have the remote hanging on the key rack.

And you bought them?

Yes, I have two sets, and the remotes are interchangeable. We have used only tag, though. 😁

One consideration. The beeping is high-pitched, and as we age, we lose the ability to hear a high pitch.

If you have a 'key rack', wouldn't it be easier to keep the keys on there? What you actually have is a 'key-finder rack'...

"A place for everything and everything in its place."

"Never forget anything"

"Never make a mistake."

"The best intentions of mice and men..."

If people followed the advice above, we would never lose anything.

I keep my key fob in my pants pocket, attached to a belt loop by a cord. I don't need a key to start the car, so the key never leaves my pocket.

Apple AirTags are useful for keys and other fairly large objects. They will tell you where your thing is even if it's across the country. They're only really useful on fairly large objects. I can't imagine having one hanging off my glasses.

If you have a dog, he or she won’t have a problem. If you need to borrow mine, his name is Bentley. He isn’t really trained except for chasing squirrels and barking at birds. They love mocking him!

He is very good at stealing your stuff. He will give it back to you if you give him a treat! That is the best I could do! Sorry!

I would consider them if I had an iPhone.

Never mind on a key rack, Jerry....Put it around your neck. LOL. In fact, put the key around your neck and you won't need a key finder.
Har-har.

Great idea. As we get older, we could have an assortment of things hanging around our necks.

"You can’t set up AirTags using an Android device, but you can use the Tracker Detect app to track an AirTag with Android." That's a confusing sentence. AirTags are a bit pricey, and what I have works, so I'll stick with it. It's unlikely that my keys would be lost miles away. They're always somewhere in the house.
