A guy I worked with and I both drove Buicks back in '62-'63 and when we went to a Maytag warehouse to pick up a load one day, one of these was sitting in the employee parking lot. Turned out it belonged to the guy who was loading our truck. We (all three of us) thought it was the most beautiful car ever made. I never got one...

Nice looking Riviera, Kim! I think the first model year had a bit of an edge in styling with the clamshell hide-away headlights.

The first year for clamshell hide-aways was '65.
