I’m trying to imagine a video of your snowy image’s playing to the Danse of the Sugar Plum Fairies!

My wife has this camera. I avoid taking it out and playing with it because I might like it compared to my full frame Sonys and prime lenses. HMMM, maybe you have convinced me try it out. Nice stuff here.

Yes, Frank you owe it to yourself to try it......The RX10 is as good as anything I have ever used at ISO's 400 and less - Of course I have never used the A1 or the Z9 or the R3/5 ......$10K systems

As promised, here are some more images from around my new-found rookery this week using the Sony RX10m4 hand held . These are all @ f4 and ISO 100 or 200 ......and all shot as JPEG and PP in Elements 9

I will start with maybe the most impressive to me - a Snowy in their official "mating" pose in late afternoon diffuse light. All the Snowy shots are exposed 1-stop under a normal exposure to preserve details in the white feathering.

Absolutely wonderful set. Enjoyed them all, but my favorite was the Pileated Woodpecker. His "crown" just glowed.

Truly amazing shots.
Likely the best shot of the RH Woodpecker I have seen.
