Thought this was kinda weird how these stumps rotted away in the water but makes for a interesting picture, almost forgot about this other one with a noisy goose.

Great post. That's quite a pedestal for that goose.

Quite the group, Lee! I'll have to try taking more shots of stumps! Good job!!

Thanks so much, Judy. I've taken pictures of stumps for years. As I look through my pictures, I'm finding a bunch of them.

The first shots Stumped the identification abilities of my iPhone! It says the first is a reptile and the second mammal. 🤔
The third shot stumped me as to how it ended up like that in my neighbor's driveway. 😊

P19- AI fail? They're termite homes! Best they stay away from houses. Your third one looks like an orphan! Thanks foot sharing again!

This is different: a situational stump.

P20- I'm not sure I'm ready for an Apple computer. I have a first Gen iPad, I briefly had an iPhone 14, AT&T charged a small fortune to cancel the contract within the 72 hours they give for doing so.

We do have 3 working laptops between my wife and I.

Any one of my computers that that happened too were fried. Absolutely NOTHING worked - and I say this after literally countless hours of following endless instructions online on how to fix.

As much as I shoot outdoors, I was stumped by how few stump shots I’ve found so far. Here are a few I’ve found in my files.
