Fantastic set Dennis. Why are foods at markets in Europe so much more appealing than here?
Thanks Mark! I think the markets in Europe are the way they are because more of what is in them is locally sourced, rather than from all over the country as is the case here. They also had a big head start on their markets. I've heard the at least in Italy, most of the food consumed is from within something like a 40 mile(?) radius of where it is grown, which means that what they eat depends a lot on what is in season.
