Australia also has some awesome beaches, mountains and lakes. Not to mention the waterfalls and the fern forests.

I believe the east has rain forests.

Yes it does in the mountainous areas. With redwoods, giant eucalyptus, cedar and magnificent fern trees.

Interesting that the link actually goes to a site about 5 kms from where we live here in New Zealand. Zooming in I found its the Red Rock Cafe. Havent been there but will check it out. The cafe I mean.
Nice photo by the way.

No problem, I just thought I would mention it to you, just so you know...

Try entering the state (or territory). Could be California or Eastern Montana, or a lot of other places in the world.
Nice picture of (season would be nice) pastoral Australia.

Thanks. As I noted, RG’s link works. The season on the photo is Australia’s summer.

I’ve found Australia to be not only a land immersed in cultural diversity but also it has some beautiful vista’s and some interesting geological sites that tend to inspire me. I’m adding a link to google maps for those who may be interested in the location.

https://maps.google.com/?q=Red%20Rock,

This looks to me to be country in central New South Wales but it could be somewhere else . The link does not help much. We do have a huge variety of terrain and vegetation from coastal, to tropical jungle/rainforest , inland plains and desert.

Yes, it is in NSW. Just a bit outside of Ballarat.
