The first shot being out of state, I still thought including it would be appropriate for a post on churches. One of NOLA's bright spots. The rest are in Texas. I really love the Old Stone Church, St. Olaf's.
St. Louis Cathedral early one morning before leaving on a cruise out of NOLA. It was a Sunday morning when we were heading for Cafe Du Monde for Binets. Can't go to NOLA without stopping for a plate of them.

Somewhere a little ways, within 30 miles, south of Dallas. It sat on a corner all by itself. It was still in use at the time I took the shot.

I think one of the finest examples of an old stone church. St. Olaf's Church near Cranfils Gap in Central Texas. Often called the Old Stone Church. Now only used for weddings and other events.

Another view of St. Olaf's. Google for a little history.

Sky is impressive in the Old Stone church. Nice job.
Fine set Dean. "Can't go to NOLA without stopping for a plate of them", agree 100%!
