I do look for the best background, but at a car show that is almost never possible. The one show I go to at Bay Harbor, Michigan usually has some great backgrounds because the cars are lined up along the streets of the town before the actual show starts. I could never afford to pay someone to move their car to where I would want it, so, I do what I can with the tools I have available. See below.
