Made it for supper tonight, was a huge hit, both my wife and I really enjoyed it and I made enough for leftovers, I nearly doubled the amounts and about 3 minutes after I took the picture the sauce tightened up and coated the noodles to perfection. Thanks again JustJill.

Nice photo of a delicious looking meal Sourdough. I've tried and enjoyed many recipes shared in this section including JustJill's Leek Potato soup which I just made for the second or third time last weekend. And your own Zuppa Toscana which I have made 2 or 3 times and may make it again in the next few weeks.

I'll have to post some of my own to pay you folks back.

Thanks for posting Justjill if not for you I would not have tried it. I have a collection of cookbooks my wife says she thinks about 250 + cookbooks. when time allows I will read through them and pick something and try it, most are good but I look for better, and make some changes and try again. Its a fun hobby and I do about 20 cooking baking contests each year all amateurs contests.
