Great image Joe. It passes the first test all good photographs must pass. It captures the viewers attention by asking the question "Where will it take you. I was wondering if someone would make this connection and Rodeoman did when he referred to "the road less traveled by" "making all the difference". Robert Frost posed the same question when he wrote The Road Not Taken. He didn't take the road and regretted it and wished at some point in the future he would get another chance and knew "it would make all the difference".
Nice pic Joe. I love paths especially new ones to find out where it goes
I rarely take them because, in that part of the state, most likely they are repositories for old equipment - OR - I always think about somebody hiding in the weeds wielding a machete

Kudos to you and Rodeoman.

Ready access - yes, but not of my own volition. Here comes another When I Was In College story. I actually had the opportunity to see and hear Robert Frost when I was in college. We packed into an auditorium (had to, not necessarily wanted to) the listen to Frost recite free verse. I thought it was all rather boring. Years later, my wife, who loved Frost and would spout his poetry when asked or not. Her interest became my interest, and she was a much better teacher than my lit. profs in school. Her favorite Frost poem was Nature's First Green is Gold.
