I just finished watching this outstanding series which revealed not only Christie's life and background but her brilliance. If you have the opportunity of see this on replay or on PBS on demand, I highly recommend it.

Seen it. Agree. Lucy Worsley has explored may historic individuals and periods in history. I watch anything she has done when I see it. I discovered her on TV when I was visiting the UK.

Yeah…she's excellent. The only thing I've always wondered about her was her shoe selection. A lot of them seem to. be either out of context with the rest of the outfit or else the wrong shoes for where she was walking. As a long time legs and heels preferrer I always check out a woman's choice in footwear…hence my noticing hers. I do like her shows though…you always learn something from them.

Yes, I watch her programs as well. another lady whose TV series are fascinating is Professor Alice Roberts.
