Logically, one doesn't prove something is false...they prove it is correct. They do this by citing facts that are testable. The sheriff never cited a source (odd, trump does this a lot as well). So, what is your proof it is correct?

First off the Epoch Times is no less reliable than the New York Times, so there is that. Your linked article does not discuss the topic at hand, there is that as well. Lastly although it may be true that the federal government does not directly give the migrants Visa cards with varying amounts of prepaid credit it looks as if they may be getting them from the NGOs that DHS is funneling money to through the Disaster Relief Fund.
