Agree.
I use my mirrorless Nikon Zfc more than the former DLSR D500 because of less weight and smaller size. Mirrorless seems also to be better quality. I am pleased. If Nikon comes out with a "retro" Zf full frame I will consider trade in a moment.
A professional photographer once said to me "the best camera is the one you have with you, conveniently." Less weight and smaller size is what I needed.
Final comment: those of you who think your wife's phone takes acceptable photos, think again. A lens half the size of a pea can't compare to a full frame camera with a lens the size of an apple.
Thanks for listening.

What do you mean " If Nikon comes out with a "retro" Zf full frame I will consider trade in a moment. "? The Zf is already on the market.

You've been sleeping.

Technology can work wonders with a cell phone. Maybe you need a newer cell phone or a newer wife.

Nikon already came out with the Zf.

Have D800E for special occassions too heavy for my taste and needs, D5200 was my travel camera but now Z50 is favorite , love 2 user selected buttons one for HDR one for RAW; for filming grandkids Zfc , swing out screen and easy +/- dial plus same as Z50 ability to get stills while doing video.
When feeling creative old Fujifilm S3 converted to IR
But iPhone always at the ready, camera left at home does not get pictures
Love my toys!
A full frame Zf? May be tented specially if no antimoire filter like 800E
