Got to be something to do with my balance and instability. I came down hard on the underside of the same arm as before. No swelling this time, just a bad skin tear and bruising.
I am going to look into purchasing new sneakers that may help with my balance. There advertised by the makers

I wear Keen Targhee low cuts and Hightops, really comfortable and great winter shoes, but nothing is good on ice. Have great treads clean easy non slip, check them out.
