Looking For A Tenant...
I’d say $3500/mo on the upper Eastside of Manhattan.
Looks like one day this would have served the purpose of shelter but I believe that day has certainly passed. Nice find.
It's a beautiful old cabin. What a great find!

Beautiful old home place! The stories it could tell...
It's a fixer-upper folks! great view, but it might take a bit of imaginative and lofty ideas........

Great set!!! Jim
Lot of built in curves in those walls!!!
There’s just [something] about old structures, that fascinates me!
(If you have ever visited the ghost town in Bodie, Ca., the decaying outhouses, are intriguing.)
Tourists thought I was nuts for shooting so many photos of all the outdoor Buffy’s, that day.
