Very nice photo! To my eyes it looks like you captured a "cloud fall", a very low cloud falling over the dark horizon at the far end of the lake. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for your feedback. Your explanation sounds quite feasible, but there is also mist in the water and its reflection.
If you are right, the song lyrics have to be changed only slightly:
"mist in the water, low clouds in the sky"
and the tune and the guitar riff are unchanged!

I didn't catch the rock&roll reference. Guess I'll have to Google it now.
Either way you've got a terrific composition. I saw your cropped version it's nice too.
