These come in two varieties: direct K-cup, and a larger one that requires you to remove the receptacle insert.

Yes! It costs me about $0.08 per 12 oz. cup of coffee. Here's a tip for the refillables. Fill a refillable cup to the correct level and then mark that point with a Sharpie. Dump out the coffee and cut along the Sharpie line. You now have a perfect measuring cup for the refillable. The lids will break off after many uses, but I just put them back on.
