Good capture. I believe it's a Elegant Term. Looking at the attachment it seems to be the same.

Yes, I think that you are right. I was talking to some people and this is the most northern place for terns. They couldn't tell me where they nest, because they are an endangered species, but there are four tern species that are here. Most are leaving now, going south
