Great shot. With so much snow on the ground I assume it was from a previous year. Every time I get up in the middle of the night to see the northern lights I get skunked.

Well, I'm a bit further north than you. About 15 miles south of Houghton, so basically at the base of the Keweenaw peninsula.

Actually it was March of this year. We had some good ones in March, and also a couple of good ones in April. I'll post my best one from April also on a separate post.
