It would seem the important players, the villains of the January 6th riot have been tried and are imprisoned. But many were arrested for simple trespass and nothing further. There are videos on record showing the police allowing people into the Capitol Building. As an attorney you should KNOW those people could not possibly be guilty of trespassing IF they were allowed in by the police or other Capitol Building staff. As an attorney it would seem those people should at least be released on bail if not on their own recognizance. How do you not know these things? You need to pay attention more.

Now how on earth do you seem to forget these things, IMPORTANT THINGS, that have kept Americans a free people since the Revolutionary War. Almost every one of you Left Wingers seem to forget the RIGHTS Americans were granted in the Constitution, You know, the 10 Amendments your side wants so much to take back from We the People, to do away with those freedoms given to us in the Constitution. This is as interesting as your commentary gets because it brings us back to my original point. How is it that you know more than the judge-not having seen the evidence, the briefs or the motions? It is a mystery.The only rational explanation is that you do not understand the topic. Prove me wrong.

Do yourself a favor. Do just a tiny bit of research on why people can be lawfully denied bail.Then see if any of those conditions apply to the 15 or so defendants awaiting trial in jail. It would do you some good to know hat you are talking about before barfing out some half-baked BS.

As to being denied bail, district attorneys on the Left side of the aisle purposefully allow even violent offenders to be released with no bail whatsoever. So the Left Wing Federal attorney who is denying bail for those still in jail awaiting trial for months upon months now is going against the theory of a speedy trial granted Americans. You KNOW this or are supposed to know it and yet fight for the government to continue holding these people. For what purpose are they held without bail and so far without trial? It is easy to prove you wrong by what I just posted.

Amendment VIII states: Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. Doesn't this Amendment fly right in the face of your ridiculous comment of: "You should be embarrassed that you do not know that bail is not a right"? Of course I am fully aware that some people can have their right to bail rescinded for due cause but that does not negate their RIGHT to bail, does it? Can you admit you screwed up?
