Thank goodness someone else caught that! Besides, I don't know
anybody that sets their refrigerator to -40F.
-4F maybe in the freezer section, but -40F, nope.
We typically order our wines and olive oils from Tuscany wineries that produce pure olive oil. It takes months, but well worth the wait based upon our perceptions on taste. We also order Greek olive oils as they have a different flavor.
