Kia ora / Hello from New Zealand

Hi everyone my name is Sam and as title indicates another from below the equator. I have only just began getting involved with DSLR cameras so am quite enjoying the challenges. I have just bought over the last couple of months a Canon EOS 550D, with a couple of lenses ie 18-200 and Macro 40mm. So trying to familiarise myself with these at present. Haven't quite decided which area / field my photography will take me, but enjoying just snapping away. Look forward to any and all assistance and comments. Have a great day.

You can go to youtube type in you're camera an tutorials an spend hours there. Also the lens. Have fun! Nice shoots.

Kia Ora is a Maori greeting, much like Aloha in Hawaii, Talofa in Samoa, Bula in Fiji, and several more....
