In the meantime I looked at the digest via the link at bottom of this page - before I logged in since I'm not subscribed to chit-chat. Of 25 topics, only five are by users other than Jerry or bcheary. Interestingly, this topic of yours is there; I think Admin did away with "upcoming topics" and puts them into the digest proper. Not sure how long they stay there, because same as you, I don't use the digest for my UHH experience
