It sure is. Nice set of my favorite of the 2 seater Birds. Thanks Mr. Spock.
Best Year for T birds by far
Yes, a '57 .......I always wanted to have/see one of these with a 427 side oiler 4 speed and side pipes 8-) The new GT 40's are NICE - but my preference would be a 57 bird tricked out as my ultimate FORD

My favorite of all the Thunderbirds.
A girl I dated in highschool ( she a senior, me a sophomore ) was given a '57 by her dad for going off to college, She came to my house to let me drive it. I went to close the driver's door and had my hand too far forward on it. My thumb got caught between the door and the dashboard....which extended into the cabin area a good bit. I think it still hurts....66 years later. It's still my favorite T-bird.
Pleasing to the eye, but no car to ride in on anything but a 10 minute drive max!

Beautiful cars until you ride in one on anything but a smooth road. Iād still love to own one.
Great set, Spock, my favorite T-bird.

The fins on the rear quarters give it away, the '55 and '56 had straight fins while the '57 fins curved outwardly. After 3 years Ford decided to add rear seats and the love affair cooled drastically. Who wants to haul kids in sports car?
That's still a beautiful auto! Today's designers could learn a thing or two from those old guys.
