It is amazing. Appears the root structure sought out fissures in the grout lines and penetrated the soil. Any idea what type of tree?
I used to build and repair homes. I have seen trees invade schedule 40 PVC pipe with sealed joints opened by tree roots. It amazes me every time because the pipe was not leaking. Somehow the tree sensed the moisture inside the pipe and eventually broke the joint. Nature is awesome
