The first thing I do when I have a problem with Adobe products is to call Adobe support. I've always gotten good results. That's part of what you pay them for.

Would you have a phone number for Adobe support? I have been unable to find one.

1 (800) 833-6687. It seems many companies now don't post their support phone on their web site, but I have always been able to find them with Google.
Hello, I subsribe to Lightroom Classic with Windows 10. I have used Adobe help 6-7 times so far for
different help items. Call 1-800-833-6687 for setting up a live "chat" with a technician with knowledge
with Lightroom. After answering a few introductory questions, he will instruct you to goto
(screen.share.adobe.com) so he can take over your computer and actually "see what you are seeing"
At that time, he or she (mostly a he) will be able to help you with your problem. However, because he
my be talking to you from India, his accent may be a bit hard to understand, so ask him to "slow down"
and take notes when possible, asking him to explain what and why he is doing. this problem may surface
again. Good Luck
Why not simply call Adobe? 800 833 6687

Not so simple when Adobe's tech support number is so well hidden.
Thank you!
