I entered this pie in the local Union fair contest, rule "Any pie other than blueberry" It was the first place pie.

That is a beautiful picture. Glad to hear your won. I am sure it took a long time to arrange the strawberries like that! It seems like you have one at least one other ribbon too!

Thankyou JustJill, Actually the pie is very easy to make it's just several steps and it goes together really quick. I do have a few ribbons. In a normal year I will compete in 15 - 20 cooking or baking competitions.
