Years ago, I watched a season of "Psych," and I enjoyed it. After that, I couldn't find it again. I see that it's been on for seven seasons now. It's a lightweight mystery show featuring a young man who "seems to have" psychic abilities. In reality, his father (Corbin Bernson) was a cop, and he always taught his son how to be observant and draw conclusions - like Sherlock Holmes. That's how he helps the police solve cases. It has touches of humor.
I would suggest watching from the first episode of Season 1.

Definitely a fun watch. I liked it enough to buy several past seasons on dvd. A little silly, but I like the father/son dynamic. The "psychic detective) (son) drives his father (ex-cop) nuts with his crazy antics, but he's really good at what he does and he sometimes benefits from the father's experience.
Interesting, I just finished binge-watching the series on Prime. It was a very popular show on the USA Network in the day and one that I have to admit I became addicted to. Yes, it was silly at times but overall was very fun to watch especially after a particularly grueling day at work. One thing to note if you do watch the series is the creativity put into each episode's title. The other thing of note is that there was a pineapple hidden in every episode and it became a thing to try and find which location or scene it had been placed. BTW, all of the episodes of all of the seasons are available on Prime at least up until Sunday.
I watched "Psych" when it first came out but after a few episodes I got tired of it.
Have you seen Red, White, and Royal Blue?

Take a break. It's been so long since I watched it that I'll probably start with Season 1.
I binge watched The Mentalist,, this sounds similar

Yes, that was a good series, but the "Red Rum" got a little annoying. Thy should have just stuck to him solving cases.
I could never get into it. I found it unfunny and shallow. But I don't know everything, do I?
