I bought my Sony A1 from them, Like New, everything neatly in the box with all accessories included. Pristine. I've had it for 6 months now with no problem at all. $1400 less than new. Six month warranty. They process and ship fast.
I have sold many times to them with great turnaround time. You will never get what you paid for gear, that's for sure. But I find their prices to be very fair.
I’ve sold equipment to them several times and have been 100% satisfied. I won’t hesitate to do business with them again.
I've bought a sold with them. No problems. KEH, too. If you're doing either, check with both MPB and KEH because they will offer different prices. Also, look on eBay and click on "Sold items" down the left column. You'll see what people have been willing to pay recently.

I have had good experiences with them, both buying and selling. They usually give good trade in values. KEH is also first rate for trades.

Not used as I sold privately but happy with the quote. They have a solid reputation here in the U.K. so far as I'm aware.
I have sold equipment to mpb. The price was fair, but I would prefer to deal with a person rather thando everything on line.

Excellent prices both in and out
I've sold to them and they paid the most, no problems.
A low sales price here is frequently a lot better than selling to MPB, B&H or KEH.
They are located in Brooklyn, NY and the UK. I have bought and sold from them, as recently as two weeks ago, and they are reliable.
I sold many lenses to them. Very happy with the service except for the appraised value. What looked perfect to me looked crappy to them. So, the value became lower than what I expected. But, they are reputable.
Any gear you're trading or selling should be cleaned thoroughly. You might think, "Let them do it," but you would be surprised how much more a body or lens might be worth if it is free of dust, fingerprints, makeup, food, etc.
Also include the original box, manual, strap, cables, charger, battery, etc. if you have them. Most folks would rather buy a camera body with all the original packaging and accessories than without them.
Remember that MPB, KEH, and the other used dealers have to make a profit on what they sell. If a new item is $1000, they might be able to sell a used one in excellent condition with a six month warranty for $800. That means they might pay you about half that or less. The exact spread will depend upon demand and condition of the equipment.
Used them many times, never an issue. Usually I compare KEH and MPB, go with whoever is higher, both give online prices which are pretty reliable. If you trade in and buy something else they give an extra 10%
Bought two lenses. Quick delivery. Quality as offered. All good.
