I enjoy the ever-changing view from my balcony. Although the buildings and islands stay the same, the weather is often amazing. The first shot was during blue hour after sunset and I found it worked far better as B&W.
The second was a morning shot. I tried uploading the full resolution image, but kept getting an error message.
The third was an amazing storm cell that formed. The tops of those cumulus clouds were well beyond what is shown here. I was watching it approach and hoped for more amazing shots. The next one is a few minutes later. From there, however, the rain front passed in front of us and the storm dissipated. We got only a sprinkling of rain.
The last one was on another day last week. It had rained a little (the Panamerican Highway is wet). It was late afternoon, about 5 pm, a little over an hour before sunset.

Neat.
About how many floors are those tall buildings?

I have been in both the curved one (the "Old Trump Tower," now the JW Marriott) and the one just behind it ("Oasis By The Bay"). The latter one is shorter but about 60 floors. The JW Marriott has 70 floors. The tower I live in has 48, plus a pool on the roof, but I am down on the 27th.
Thank you for sharing your world with us!
Beautiful view. So are you there permanently now?

Yes, we sold our home in Utah and moved here a year ago.

I really enjoyed my visit to Panama especially around Boquete where it was a little cooler than the coast.

We considered moving to Boquete, but my wife has family in Panama City and we knew shopping and restaurants would be far better as well. We did a family Christmas together near Boquete a few years ago and loved it.
Nice set of photos. I like the B&W one the best.👍
